Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Key Stage 1-2 students with SEMH difficulties. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires patience, understanding, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in the classroom
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery
  • Provide one-to-one support to students as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar setting
  • LEVEL 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification is preferable
  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Team Teach Trained (preferable)

What We Offer:

  • Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • Opportunity to work with a specialist school for students with SEMH difficulties
