Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Key Stage 1-2 students with SEMH difficulties. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires patience, understanding, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in the classroom
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery
- Provide one-to-one support to students as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar setting
- LEVEL 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification is preferable
- GCSE Maths and English
- Team Teach Trained (preferable)
What We Offer:
- Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Opportunity to work with a specialist school for students with SEMH difficulties
