**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Advanced SEMH Education Professional to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and behavioural needs of SEMH pupils.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of behaviour management strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent understanding of SEMH principles and practices.
  • Able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
