About the Job:

This Specialist SEMH Learning Support Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to work with our client schools in Sutton and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for providing support to learners with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs as part of a teaching team.

Key Tasks:

  • To monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEMH or SEN is essential.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in Special Education or a related field are necessary.
  • The right to work in the UK is also required.
  • An Enhanced child-only DBS on the update service is necessary (or be willing to obtain).
