Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2:1 Psychology-related degree from a Top 20 University and experience working with children with SEN or SEMH. They will also be required to have a calm and measured approach when dealing with challenging situations and be able to create a safe learning environment for all children.

This is a full-time, term-time only SEMH Teaching Assistant role with a long-term contract until July 2025. The successful candidate will be paid £425 per week on a PAYE basis and will work closely with qualified SEMH professionals, Specialist Teachers, and Educational Psychologists.
