Experienced SEMH Support Assistant Wanted

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Graduate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in Waltham Forest, London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with children to provide consistent support and encouragement
  • Aid in building students' confidence and skills through tailored guidance
  • Adapt teaching style to meet diverse needs of each pupil
  • Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive learning environment
Requirements:
  • 2:1 Degree from a Russell Group University in a relevant field
  • Passionate about positively impacting students' lives
  • Eager to grow within Education and develop key skills
What We Offer:
  • £96-£105 per day via PAYE (Holiday Pay Included)
  • Full-Time, Long-Term contract until July 2025
