Experienced Teaching Assistant Wanted

Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Maintaining a productive learning environment and assisting with classroom management.
2. Supporting students' learning in a Primary School setting, using strategies to drive your own initiative.
3. Participating in training and guidance from the Senior Leadership Team to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
4. Collaborating with teachers to achieve educational goals.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 1 year experience as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School setting.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
