**Job Description:**

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Role at a Primary School in Halton

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive primary school in Halton. As an HLTA, you will work with students who require additional support in a 1:1 and group environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a good understanding of the needs of supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You should have previous experience working with children in similar environments and hold a minimum of Level 3+ Teaching Assistant or Education-related qualification.

The ideal candidate will provide individualized support to students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development. You will also contribute to the creation of a welcoming and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and progress.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum Level 3+ Teaching Assistant or Education-related qualification
  • Previous experience working with SEND children
  • Able to provide individualized support and promote inclusive learning
