We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher with expertise in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), particularly Autism, to play a pivotal role in our team.
Salary: Estimated salary is up to 48,000 per annum.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing personalised lesson plans to meet the unique needs of primary-aged students with SEND, predominantly Autism.
They will work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to contribute to the overall success of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement individualised teaching plans that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEND, specifically those with Autism.
- To collaborate with the SLT to enhance the school's overall performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with specialisation in teaching children with SEND, particularly Autism.
- Ability to adapt teaching methodologies to meet the varied needs of individual students.
