We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Educational Support Worker to join our school community in Putney.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will assist teaching staff in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across the primary age range. This role will involve delivering high-quality support services to help children overcome barriers to learning.
- Delivering personalized support to students with SEND, including sensory integration, behavior management, and communication strategies.
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with children with SEND in a primary school setting.
- A degree in a related field, such as Education or Psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Package:
- £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
