About the Role:

We are hiring a highly skilled Primary SENDCO to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading special educational needs support and driving SEN progress in a primary setting.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of effective SEND strategies to enhance learning for students with diverse needs.
  2. Provide targeted support and training to staff and parents to improve SEN understanding and practices.
  3. Collaborate with external professionals to secure additional resources and support.
  4. Ensure EHCP processes are completed efficiently and effectively.
