We require an experienced Primary Teacher who can work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive classroom setting. Key responsibilities include assisting pupils with SEND, developing individualised plans, and implementing effective behaviour management strategies.

Job Description:Role Summary:

To teach and support pupils with various SEN needs, promoting academic and personal growth within a structured and safe environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual pupils' needs
  • Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and expertise
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and achievements
  • Manage challenging behaviours and develop positive relationships with pupils
Salary Range:

£32,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
