Teaching Support Professional for SEND Pupils

In this role, you will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to provide high-quality support to a Year 3 pupil with Autism, ensuring they have access to the best possible educational experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Implementing evidence-based strategies to enhance the pupil's engagement and motivation in their learning.
- Developing and maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with the pupil, parents, and carers.
- Participating in regular meetings with the class teacher and SENCO to discuss progress and plan future support.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special needs, preferably within a primary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- A commitment to promoting inclusion and supporting the development of all pupils.
