Teaching Opportunity

We are seeking a Tutor for SEND Pupils to join our team at Prospero Teaching.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Functional Skills to children and young people with SEND, and will be able to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.

About the Role:

  • To teach Functional Skills to pupils with SEND, helping them achieve academic success and build confidence.
  • To work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that SEND pupils receive comprehensive support.
  • To stay current with best practices in teaching Functional Skills and adapt lessons accordingly.

Requirements:

  • A PGCE or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with SEND pupils, preferably in a classroom setting.
  • UK teaching experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
