Support Worker for SEND Pupils

We are seeking a Support Worker for SEND Pupils to join our team at Prospero Teaching Careers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students aged 5-16 years during their lunchtime break, under the guidance of teachers.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting students in a primary and secondary SEND school setting. You will create a safe and inclusive environment, promote social skills, and encourage positive relationships among pupils.

This part-time position requires you to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, during term time only, between 11:30am and 1:30pm. Immediate start is available, and experience working with SEND children is ideal but not essential.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Enhanced DBS clearance or a willingness to apply for one
  • Solid qualifications
  • Great references that we can approach
  • A compassionate, motivated attitude, and a passion that inspires students
