As a SEND Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our students to overcome their challenges and reach their goals. We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Behavioural Support Assistant.

About the Role
  • This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, providing the chance to build your experience and further your career in SEND/SEMH.
  • You will be working in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting, supporting students with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and learning difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with young people with SEND and/or SEMH, as well as a teaching assistant or learning support mentor background. You will need to be able to build strong and meaningful relationships with our students and provide tailored support to help them overcome their challenges.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
