SEND Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEND Support Worker. In this role, you will provide essential support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) at our Good Ofsted-rated secondary school in Harrow. With a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a deeper understanding of SEND.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with teachers and SENDCos to provide tailored support to students with unique needs. This will include working one-to-one and in small groups, as well as collaborating with other professionals to ensure inclusive learning environments. Your role will also involve developing a deeper understanding of SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
