With a strong background in teaching and a proven track record of supporting vulnerable children, you will have experience in adapting teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each student. Your ability to collaborate with colleagues, think creatively, and maintain a flexible approach will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.

The successful candidate will have a relevant teaching qualification, experience in working with children and young people with SEMH needs, and a genuine passion for helping them overcome barriers to learning.
