We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our care home in Northumberland. As the successful candidate, you will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care standards.

Job Description:
  • LEAD A TEAM OF NURSING STAFF TO DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CARE STANDARDS
  • PROMOTE RESIDENT INDEPENDENCE AND DIGNITY
  • Support the delivery of improvements while driving quality standards to further improve efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines
  • Create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for residents, employees, and visitors
  • Support the Home Manager and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing a team, including rotas and staff supervision
  • Quality and clinical governance experience, including audit and care services
  • Ability to create well-developed care plans and risk assessments, with knowledge of regulatory frameworks
  • Accurate documentation and resident record-keeping skills
  • MEDICINE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND OVERSIGHT SKILLS
  • MENTORING AND TEACHING ABILITIES
  • PASSION FOR DELIVERING EXCELLENT CARE

Salary Information:

The successful Clinical Lead Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £40,040 per annum, based on 38.5 hours worked per week at £20.00 per hour.
