Clinical Lead Nurse Position

**About the Role**
We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment, working in a state-of-the-art care home in Cramlington, Northumberland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure efficient operations in line with CQC guidelines.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing teams, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately, and maintaining rotas for smooth home running.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting delivery improvements while driving quality standards
- Managing team performance, including training and development
- Overseeing medicine management on shifts
The salary for this position is approximately £40,040 per annum based on 38.5 hours per week at £20.00 per hour.
