Job Overview:
Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of a ward/department, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £43,077 - £64,412 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes access to preceptorship, clinical supervision, and training opportunities to support career development.

The ideal candidate will have first-level NMC registration as a nurse or mental nurse, with mentorship qualification or equivalent. Previous post-registration experience in a relevant specialty is essential, along with strong leadership and counselling skills.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the devolved management of a ward/department
• Exercise accountability in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure compliance with regulations
