We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Clinical Lead to join our team at the North clinical business unit. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our dedicated staff to provide high-quality care to patients in need.

About the Role

This post has been established within the Northumberland and North Tyneside Access CBU, working within Psychiatry Liaison Services. The successful candidate will work directly with service users and the clinical team to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and training to influence positive outcomes for people in crisis.

They will also be responsible for contributing to the strategic development of the nursing strategy for CNTW, providing professional leadership and advice, including clinical supervision. The ideal candidate will have specialist clinical knowledge and experience of working with adults experiencing mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the team
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the nursing strategy for CNTW
  • Work with the service's collective leadership team to support the strategic development of the Liaison Services and Community Transformation plans within the North locality

The estimated salary for this role is £63,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
