Main Responsibilities:- To assist the Ward Manager in the operational management of a ward/departments.
- To develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
- To contribute to the development of staff training and education programs.
- Registered Nurse or Midwife with current UK registration.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
