Main Responsibilities:
  • To assist the Ward Manager in the operational management of a ward/departments.
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
  • To contribute to the development of staff training and education programs.
Person Specification:
  • Registered Nurse or Midwife with current UK registration.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
