Role Overview

Equiniti, a leading international provider of shareholder, pension, remediation, and credit technology, is looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our energetic telephony-based Pension Administration team.

Based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, we are a well-established pension administrator with over 1.5 million customers across the UK. Our core values set the foundation for our success, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service to all our members.

As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our callers, providing support and guidance on everything from joining the pension scheme to retirement and beyond.

We offer full training, ensuring you can handle every call confidently and provide top-notch customer service. The role is not sales-related, but you will have realistic key performance indicators to meet.

Our working hours are on a rotational basis, covering 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, which supports our commitment to a healthy work/life balance.

You'll be part of a highly engaged and dynamic organisation, passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will be part of a collaborative Enquiry Centre, with constant support from experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve members' telephone enquiries, based on a competent working knowledge of the pension schemes, gained through our in-house training programme
  • Excellent attendance and time-keeping
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above
  • Ability to form good working relationships
  • Applicants must have resided in the UK for at least 5 years
