About the Opportunity
">Laraveldaily is seeking a skilled 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in providing proactive support to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
">Provide 1st and 2nd line support to resolve customer issues
">Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
">Assist with LAN/WAN, computer repair, software issues, networks, virus protection, Wi-Fi etc.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">- ">
- Proven experience in IT support">
- Experience in virtualisation, backup, MS Exchange, AD and O365, virtual environment, networks and storage">
- Experience on firewalls">
- Good communication skills and ability to give advice to non-technical customers">
- Great problem-solving skills">
Benefits and Salary
">We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 20 days holiday + public holidays, pension, private medical insurance, mobile phone allowance, travel expenses, and variety of team events.
