Galbraith Commercial Property Management Team is seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide full-time property management support across their UK managed properties.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and is based in our busy Commercial team in Edinburgh.

This opportunity will provide ownership of various day-to-day commercial property management tasks:

  • Conducting regular property inspections to ensure excellent presentation and operation of building facilities,
  • Managing repairs and maintenance via contractors and service providers, including the Helpdesk mailbox, quotes, works instructions, access arrangements, and completion confirmations.
  • Providing consistent and regular communication with occupiers to enhance customer satisfaction,
  • Arranging health and safety audits, administering the H&S compliance portal, and instructing remedial works or taking necessary action,
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance and H&S records,
  • Collecting and submitting monthly utility meter readings for billing accuracy,
  • Assisting property managers with service charge budgets,
  • Supporting void premises management to meet insurance requirements.

We seek a candidate with strong digital and IT skills, able to learn new systems, and excellent customer service skills.

IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.

A full UK driving licence and car access are required for travel-related duties.

Prior experience in the property industry (commercial or residential) is advantageous.
