About the Role

The Galbraith Group is looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Commercial Property Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Main duties include:

  • Carrying out regular site visits to inspect and maintain building facilities.
  • Coordinating repair and maintenance tasks, including sourcing contractors and ensuring timely completion.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with building occupants through effective communication.
  • Organizing health and safety checks, monitoring compliance, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Safeguarding accurate records of maintenance and health and safety activities.
  • Ensuring prompt submission of utility meter readings for accurate billing.
  • Supporting property managers in preparing budgets and managing vacant properties.

This is an excellent chance for someone to develop their skills and knowledge in commercial property management. The successful candidate will have strong digital skills, excellent communication skills, and a valid UK driving license. While IOSH or NEBOSH certifications are preferred, we can provide training if needed.
