Job Overview

The Scottish Borders Council is seeking an Estate Property Manager to join their Estates Strategy Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the council's diverse land and property estate.
  • Support the estate rationalisation programme.
  • Develop a fit-for-purpose estate.

Requirements:

  • Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Substantial relevant experience in rural or commercial estates management.
  • A current driving license and use of a vehicle is essential (reasonable adjustments will be made for disabilities).

Compensation:

£41,130 - £45,130 per annum (£22.98 - £24.82 hourly rate), 35 hours/week, permanent contract.
