Job Description

You'll be responsible for designing and executing cross-channel campaigns, leveraging data insights for personalisation, and ensuring every customer interaction aligns with our brand's mission and goals. Your expertise in CRM tools and analytics platforms will help us stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements
  • A strong understanding of multi-channel CRM campaigns and segmentation techniques.
  • Proven experience in CRM management or a similar role, with a track record of successful customer engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics platforms.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on experience.
