Career Opportunity: CRM Systems Executive

Blue Legal, an award-winning law firm, is seeking a CRM Systems Executive to join their marketing & business development team. As a key member of the CRM team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent results from the company's database.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Developing and implementing a data quality improvement strategy to drive business growth
  2. Working closely with the CRM team to develop targeted approaches for Focus accounts
  3. Leading international training and secretarial training support initiatives
  4. Managing day-to-day business processes and bounce backs to optimize efficiency
  5. Providing expert support for day-to-day CRM and emarketing system queries

Requirements:
  1. Minimum one year experience working with CRM systems (InterAction or Dynamics) in legal/professional services
  2. Experience with Vuture email module would be beneficial
  3. Strong training skills with the ability to deliver effective training modules
  4. Excellent marketing and business development skills with a focus on database management
  5. Knowledge of finance principles

Salary and Benefits: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum plus benefits package
