CRM Systems Executive

Blue Legal, an award-winning law firm, is seeking a CRM Systems Executive to join their marketing & business development team. As a key member of the CRM team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent results from the company's database.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing a data quality improvement strategy to drive business growth
- Working closely with the CRM team to develop targeted approaches for Focus accounts
- Leading international training and secretarial training support initiatives
- Managing day-to-day business processes and bounce backs to optimize efficiency
- Providing expert support for day-to-day CRM and emarketing system queries
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience working with CRM systems (InterAction or Dynamics) in legal/professional services
- Experience with Vuture email module would be beneficial
- Strong training skills with the ability to deliver effective training modules
- Excellent marketing and business development skills with a focus on database management
- Knowledge of finance principles
Salary and Benefits: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum plus benefits package
