Job Title: Finance Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team at Peach Personnel Services Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including purchase and sales ledgers.
  • Process payments and ensure timely collection of income.
  • Assist the Head of Finance with reporting requirements and provide administrative support.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payments processes.
  • Process staff expense claims and administer the petty cash system.
  • Administer the credit card system, including monthly journals and reconciliations.
  • Create and maintain supplier accounts.
  • Contribute to month-end processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience with computerized accounting systems and PC-based software.
  • Previous experience in an Accounts/Finance position.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to start immediately and commit to a temporary assignment.
  • Part-qualified ACCA or equivalent.
