Huntress - Bracknell seeks an experienced Aftercare Specialist to join their Service Team in Winnersh.
This role involves providing exceptional customer support, requiring strong communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating customer interactions via phone and email
- Scheduling engineer appointments and maintaining accurate records
- Entering and managing data on the CRM system
- Uploading documentation to secure portals and ensuring timely updates
- Communicating feedback to customers and issuing necessary documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient IT user, including previous experience using Excel
Title: Aftercare Specialist
Location: Winnersh
Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday, office-based)
Please note that relocation to Winnersh may be required.
