Customer Service Representative

**Summary**:
The Customer Services Team aim to deliver world class customer service support to internal and external customers whilst promoting the products and services of Hollister and Dansac. This role will effectively provide Customer Service to all purchasing customers exceeding the customers’ expectations through processing trade orders efficiently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and process trade orders via SAP
- Manage Customer Order queries and respond in a timely manner
- Tracking/liaising with carriers to monitor and communicate with customers delivery expectations
- Manage stock returns and paperwork as per the company returns procedure, including processing all credits for returned stock
- Maintain sufficient knowledge of SAP
- Responsible for administering and maintaining accurate product pricing and customer discount levels and working alongside Finance to administer all discount and price changes
- Contribute to achieving overall Customer Service Team KPIs - including telephony answering and accuracy
- Obtain and maintain knowledge of the product ranges and stoma care to be able to advise the patient appropriately
- Support Sales and Marketing Teams at external events and process sample requests
- Develop key relationships with all customers to ensure effective communication
- Obtain and maintain knowledge of the product ranges and stoma care
- Assist the Samples Team within Customer Service as needed
- Any other duties as management may require
**Essential Functions of the Role**:
- Able to access the Winnersh Office on a daily basis
- Strong communication and telephony skills with flexibility to adapt style on an individual basis
**Work Experience Requirements**:
- 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment
**Education Requirements**
- Education to A-Level is desirable
**Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge**:
- Work to deadlines on a daily basis
- Excellent communication skills
- Multi-tasking capability
- Ability to manage a large workload under pressures
- Use initiative and prioritise activities
- Build key internal relationships
- Proficient use in Microsoft Office & experience with CRM/SAP systems
- Enthusiastic and reliable team player
**Local Specifications (English and Local Language)**:
- Fluent in English - Written and Verbal
