We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our client's Service Team in Winnersh, providing exceptional aftercare support to customers.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as you will be coordinating with both customers and engineers daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer inquiries via telephone and email
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments for engineers
  • Entering and maintaining all data on the CRM system
  • Collating and uploading documentation
  • Ensuring feedback is communicated to customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Competent IT user, including previous experience using Excel

Benefits:

  • Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
  • Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday, fully office-based) contract
