Customer Service Advisor

Our client are looking for a strong communicator to join their dynamic team as a Customer Service Administrator. Supporting a very established team we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, an excellent team player and someone with heaps of empathy
Contract: This is a 6-month fixed term contract to support the team with an increased workload during a peak time for them. Whilst there is no guarantee, they would hope to be able to extend this or even make the role permanent
Location: Winnersh, excellent public transport links and parking for car drivers
This is an office-based role, with one day working from home - once trained.
The hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Examples of responsibilities will include:
- Make outbound calls, logging all interactions on the required systems
- Be confident in product knowledge and be able to relate this information to customers when required, informing them on the features and benefits of the products
- Process sample requests for customers and follow up to check-in and see how they're getting on
- Promote company products to customers and ensure the correct information is given to explain their features and benefits
- Always ensure compliance with Data Protection requirements (GDPR) maintaining the database and obtaining written/verbal consent for permission to contact
- Build solid working relationships with suppliers
We are looking for:
- A strong communicator with excellent telephone manner
- Ability to juggle busy workloads
- Compassion and empathy
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM systems
