We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Liaison to join our Service Team in Winnersh.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, requiring strong communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing customer interactions via phone and email
  2. Scheduling engineer appointments and maintaining accurate records
  3. Entering and managing data on the CRM system
  4. Uploading documentation to secure portals and ensuring timely updates
  5. Communicating feedback to customers and issuing necessary documents
Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong organisational and time management abilities
  3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  4. Proficient IT user, including previous experience using Excel
Job Details:

Title: Customer Support Liaison

Location: Winnersh

Estimated Salary: £24,500 - £26,500 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday, office-based)

Please note that relocation to Winnersh may be required.
