Portman Dental Care group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Front Office Administrator to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our dental professionals, patients, and visitors.

Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. In addition, you will be required to handle patient inquiries, respond to correspondence, and coordinate internal processes to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in administration, preferably within a healthcare setting, who can provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients. A positive attitude, empathetic nature, and ability to work well under pressure are essential qualities for this role.
