Job Title: Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our Finance team in Livingston.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth day–to–day operations, accurate financial reporting, and support with various financial tasks.
  • Run daily sales invoicing and profit reports, review data, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Generate and issue sales invoices using Xero accounting software.
  • Assign daily sales to invoices in the finance system. Support the Finance Director with daily bank reconciliations and month–end reports.
  • Provide additional support as required to meet team goals.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with accounting tools like Xero and Lightyear (a plus, but not essential).
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
