We are looking for a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Glacier Group in Glasgow. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our finance function and contributing to our business growth.

About the Job

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and process all Payroll related tasks, including maintaining payroll records, processing employee clock-in information, and dealing with queries regarding payroll.

  • Process employee payroll information on Opera, ensuring all appropriate deductions are made
  • Export and upload information to the bank for payment

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and filing payroll taxes to HMRC
  • Complete the monthly submissions for pension schemes
  • Prepare annual P60 and P11d

A salary of £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role.
