IDEX Consulting is recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our team of financial advisers and provide support in delivering exceptional service to clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to provide administrative support, including report preparation, data collation, and client communication.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients, dealing with multiple providers and collating data, processing and enabling client-centric reporting and documentation to be produced in a timely format.

We are looking for someone who is a good team player, adaptable, and organized with excellent attention to detail.

Previous administration experience and ideally experience of report writing, as well as previous IFA or financial services experience, are highly desirable.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to enable the advisers to be effective and efficient at delivering the service expectations to wealth management clients.
  2. Report preparation, valuations, quotations, systems updating, providing all aspects of administrative support to provide smooth running of the services provided to clients and advisers.
  3. Dealing with clients both on the telephone and face to face.
  4. Dealing with cases, creating reports to accurately articulate the advice provided.
  5. Researching, creating compelling, accurate and professional reports for clients under supervision, learning to be competent at delivering to a high standard.
