We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Front Office Team Member. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Your primary responsibilities will include checking-in and checking-out guests, handling guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for managing guest communications, answering phone calls, and taking reservations.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming personality. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment, is highly desirable.

A collaborative approach and strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth operation and exceptional guest experience.

Estimated Salary: £23,500 per annum
