We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing client payrolls accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process client payrolls with precision and speed
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication
  • Verify accuracy of calculations before submitting to clients and HMRC
  • Calculate gross to net calculations manually with ease
  • Prioritize workload efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Assist clients with payroll queries via phone or email
  • Download tax notifications from HMRC and process RTI submissions
  • Import and export Excel files into and out of payroll software
  • Create payroll journals and ad-hoc reports
  • Generate pension auto-enrolment files for timely submission to pension providers
Requirements
  • Experience in a payroll position
  • Knowledge of full payroll process from start to finish
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Understanding of SSP, SMP, and SPP
  • Excellent communication skills
