Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an Accounts Administration Assistant for a fixed-term contract within our support services team. This position, based in Lewes, involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including assisting the Admin Supervisor with data entry tasks related to work orders from technicians and processing sales invoices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will have experience in a varied administrative setting and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. A confident, driven, and adaptable approach is essential for this role. You will be expected to work independently and manage your workload effectively.

This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in an accounts environment or those aspiring to develop their skills in this area, as responsibilities will include raising orders, goods receipting, and processing invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Administration Assistant, you will report directly to the Admin Supervisor and engage in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Utilizing our computer systems to place orders on behalf of team members.
  • Inputting sales invoices and compiling data for reporting purposes.
  • Completing job cards and assisting with payroll data entry to meet weekly deadlines.

Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits:
