We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Ledger Specialist to join our team at Southdown. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for maintaining an effective Purchase Ledger system, processing transactions, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the Purchase Ledger system, ensuring compliance with established financial policies and procedures.
  • Process and upload batches of invoices onto the Ledger, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain Bank Mandate records and manage debit card applications in connection to our bank accounts.
  • Assist the Manager Financial Control with the preparation of monthly accruals and deferrals schedules.
  • Filing and archiving of financial records in a secure and organized manner.
