    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planners, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Research and Data Analysis: Conduct thorough research on clients' financial situations, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
    2. Financial Planning and Reporting: Assist financial planners in creating comprehensive financial plans, including cash flow forecasts, income and expenditure statements, and financial cash flow forecasts.
    3. Technical Calculations and Research: Perform complex technical calculations and conduct research to identify suitable solutions for clients.
    4. Client Communication and Support: Provide exceptional communication and support to clients, ensuring they feel informed and empowered throughout the financial planning process.
    5. Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including file maintenance, data entry, and document preparation.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in paraplanning or a related field.
    • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent.
    • Strong knowledge of financial products, including pensions, ISAs, investment accounts, bonds, and protection.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and numeracy skills.
    • Ability to work accurately under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
    • Pension scheme and Bupa cash health plan.
    • Cycle to work scheme and 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + an extra day off for your birthday.
    • Optional flexible working pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).
