Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at NFP People on behalf of the Stroke Association. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving IT incidents and service requests for our organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal customers, providing technical support and resolving IT incidents and service requests.
  • Provide IT support to the organization, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Resolve IT incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and service requests.
  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure and Service Desk Manager to ensure effective IT service delivery.

Requirements

  • Direct experience of a service desk, preferably in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft technologies and software applications.
  • Understanding of computer hardware repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families. We provide tailored support to tens of thousands of stroke survivors each year, including one-to-one and group support, funding vital scientific research into stroke prevention, acute treatment, recovery, and long-term care, and campaigning to secure the best care for everyone affected by stroke.
