Service Desk Analyst - 1st and 2nd Line

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional technical support and service to our internal customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support and resolve IT incidents and service requests
  • Offer direct support to internal customers for 1st & 2nd line incidents
  • Maintain and manage technology assets
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical queries and requests

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technology Team as a Service Desk Analyst, working closely with the Infrastructure and Service Desk Manager to provide exceptional technical support and service to our internal customers.


Requirements:
  • Direct experience of a service desk
  • Good understanding of Microsoft technologies
  • Good understanding of software applications
  • Understanding of computer hardware repair
