Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support and resolve IT incidents and service requests
- Offer direct support to internal customers for 1st & 2nd line incidents
- Maintain and manage technology assets
- Act as the first point of contact for technical queries and requests
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technology Team as a Service Desk Analyst, working closely with the Infrastructure and Service Desk Manager to provide exceptional technical support and service to our internal customers.
Requirements:
- Direct experience of a service desk
- Good understanding of Microsoft technologies
- Good understanding of software applications
- Understanding of computer hardware repair
