NATS Technical Services Contract Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for a Software Asset and Configuration Management Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in Service Management (SM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) toolsets, as well as strong technical and business acumen.

Responsibilities will include investigating and resolving day-to-day business, process, and technical incidents, managing incidents from initial report to service resolution, and escalating when necessary. You will also participate in improvement and development projects to enhance the effectiveness of our toolsets and processes.

As a skilled professional in this field, you can expect a competitive salary range of £38-48k, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
