Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Asset Administrator to join our Business Operations team, where you will play a crucial role in the management of Leidos' hardware and software assets. This includes purchasing hardware, software, and miscellaneous IT requirements, as well as undertaking IT equipment lifecycle administration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop a deep understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and processes">
  • Administer goods-in process and associated asset tracking activities">
  • Review hardware & software licensing, support and maintenance contracts with stakeholders and initiate appropriate actions">
  • Maintain accurate documentation and input license agreements into license management application systems">
  • Work closely with Supply Chain colleagues and IT vendors to progress IT procurement requests">
  • Manage the corporate mobile phone account, ensuring all devices are assigned correctly and aligned with CIO asset records">
  • Monitor support ticket workload and ensure completion of work orders in the IT ticket management system (Service Now)">
  • Adhere to corporate standards and processes, performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by their supervisor/manager">

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service awareness, and a good understanding of process governance. You should also be methodical, meticulous, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and Excel, is essential.

Benefits:

Leidos offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, and 33 days annual leave, including public and privilege holidays. We also offer flexible benefits, including life assurance, health schemes, gym memberships, and an annual buy and sell holiday scheme.
