**Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Software Asset Management Specialist to join our team at NATS Technical Services on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical, process, and business expertise to provide support in the use of Service Management, Enterprise Asset Management, and other toolsets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineers to understand their needs and provide guidance on data structure changes within toolsets, ensuring seamless integration with technical systems and business processes.
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for day-to-day issues related to supporting toolsets and data representation.
  • Participate in improvement and development projects, leveraging expertise in toolsets and data management to drive business outcomes.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents within allocated domains, utilizing knowledge of business processes and technical systems.
  • Manage packages of work within projects to deliver high-impact service improvements.
  • Oversee Knowledge Management using standard NATS tools.
Requirements:
  • Relevant inventory management experience.
  • Familiarity with Configuration Management Databases or similar.
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous professional development, encompassing both technical and personal growth.
  • Adequate financial acumen to maintain awareness of allocated service operating budgets.
  • The ability to operate up to Level 4 (Enable) of the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA 8) in relevant areas.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
